Room quality is decent for price, and the biggest highlight is the excellent location’Niladri Beach is just a short walk away. While restaurant has limited functionality and other eatery are a bit farther, our overall stay was pleasant and comfortable for a family with kids. The staff were very supportive, polite, and well-cultured, which made the experience even better.

Outdated But Spacious Stay

Rooms are little old but spacious also bathrooms are also spacious but old style. Nothing feel extravagant, no kits provided. Towels are also quite old. The pond/lake behind the hotel smells terrible and the smell comes inside the hotel for whole day. Restaurant inside the hotel which is World Cup 83 is dedicated to our players who brought one day international world cup of 1983. I liked the taste of starters - Paneer Cahtpata, chilli, chicken startes, Crispy corn, masalapapad, etc but didn't like the main course at all - we had Naan, Dal khichdi, Anda biryani, Paneer Do Pyaza, etc.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Though check in time is 9AM, we arrived at hotel by 3PM, still they took almost 40min to get the room ready. Next day, sharp at 8AM staff pressed calling bell (relentlessly), just to ask us to vacate the room. They didnt have courtesy to do humble request, breakfast was not ready until 9AM, they indirectly asked us to checkout first, they have breakfast and leave the hotel. Apart from this staff and timming issue, rest all all are ok (still not justified the price we paid - around 3.5K per night on weekdays). Parking has another issue, limited cars can be parked. Food is good, reasonable, worth the price. Location and connectivity is good. Hygine is not maintained within vicinity. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel.
