The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service was also very good. The staff was polite, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. We booked two rooms at Hotel Saumura recently. When we arrived, we discovered that one of the rooms next to ours was under maintenance. The staff immediately took care of the issue without any hesitation or questions, upgrading us to a room in a quieter area. Their prompt and smooth service impressed us from the beginning. The Food In-House Restaurant: The dinner at their restaurant was very delicious. Although the prices are somewhat high, the quality and taste made it worthwhile. Breakfast: The breakfast menu could use some improvement as it was somewhat limited. Location & Ambiance The hotel is located in a great spot. It truly lives up to its promise of being a calm, quiet, and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing. Overall, the mix of excellent, helpful service, a tranquil setting, and tasty restaurant food made our stay unforgettable. We would happily recommend it. 🙂
