T hen website shows that the swimming pool is there but actually that was not operational and also in the room there was a review written by the previous traveller that was not removed the body wash and handwash was empty

Group • India • Oct 2026I would not say it is a hotel but a construction site where u will only hear drilling and hammering noise. Firstly there is no proper welcome at front desk, mainly u cant sleep coz its a new property and construction work is going on. I got headache coz of noise i kept complaining about the noise but of no use i regret why i choose this hotel. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned properly. There is shortage of hand towels. For hand towel and bath towel had to wait for 1 hour. Their coffee machine, bread toast machine and even payment machine does not work. The server is coughing and with same hands he is giving food. If he is unwell why is he working its a hygiene issue. More over when we were getting breakfast the staff says we need to pay for breakfast where in my breakfast was in the package when i asked him to check he was like yes ur correct breakfast is there. Why the person doesn’t check the details and why wrong information was given, while making payment for food their machine dis not work and had to pay the amount in staffs number. They say its new property but u will find sepage in the walls. It was long weekend due to which other good property where full if not i would have cancelled my stay here and booked other property. Other plp in hotel also complained same about the noise due to construction work but the staff does not care. It is not worth money or standard of radishes n group

Had a very pleasant stay at Park Inn & Suites, Puri. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent.
