Very bad experience not a proper lock and cleaning also very bad one of the worst hotel till now i visit

On arriving to hotel with family with little kids, this Goroomgo Moon CT Road Near Blue Flag Sea Beach Puri hotel team said they have AC issue in room and routed us to different low standard hotel which has unhygiene rooms and leakage in toilets, no Geyser, no TV for Kids, small size beds. We were highly disappointed with their response and arrangement. I DON'T suggest this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY - Hotel Moon / Goroomgo Moon CT Road, Puri> I booked 2 Super Deluxe Rooms at 7:30 PM on Agoda for an emergency night stay in Puri with my family - 3 females (1 senior citizen, 1 aged 50, my wife, myself and my 3-year-old son). What happened was a nightmare.> DELIBERATE CHEATING ON AC: The listing says "Super Deluxe" but hides the fact that it's NON-AC. Nowhere in the title or main caption is it clearly mentioned. You have to dig deep to understand. It's a trap. I paid Rs. 500 extra for one AC room, BEFORE checking the room thinking the rooms must be acceptable but didnt think it was in such bad shape and unhygienic. A real sham. > AGODA PHOTOS ARE 100% FAKE: The listing shows 44 beautiful photos - clean rooms with TV, modern wardrobe, designer beds, clean staircase with plants, "Royal Bites" restaurant. REALITY IS A SHAM. I am attaching proof. The property photos is clean, reality is stained walls with peeling paint and rust. The room with TV is actually a filthy room with two cheap cots with foam mattress joined, fungus on walls. The bathrooms are not shown on Agoda for a reason - my photos show the truth - toilet with pan stains, floor with black dirt, washbasin full of dirt, ceiling with thick black-green FUNGUS/MOLD, paint peeling, open pipes. It is a severe health hazard. Upon asking about the toilet the staff said these stains are permanent and they are unable to clean them. > UNSAFE DRINKING WATER: They don't even provide sealed packaged water. They gave RO water in USED, old plastic bottles with dirt around the cap and bottle. I had to walk to another hotel at midnight just to buy water bottles.> MIDNIGHT HARASSMENT - NO SUPPORT: I checked in at 11:30 PM after emergency work. After seeing the filth, I called their lease/reservation company Goroomgo. They made my entire family wait for 1 HOUR with a baby and senior citizen, and then said the ONLY option is to shift to another room (only 1 room) in the SAME DIRTY PROPERTY, even though I had 2 rooms booked. No alternate hotel, no help. The room was marginally better than the filthy room. > REFUND DENIED WITH FAKE RULE: After wasting 1 hour, they said refund cannot be done because it is beyond 12 AM. How can a policy apply when the property itself is a FRAUD and uninhabitable? This is extortion.> I had to book another hotel at 1:00 AM at double cost and move my family at midnight.> This property is a SCAM that preys on emergency travelers. It uses fake edited photos to lure families. It is unhygienic, unsafe, and run by an insensitive management. I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The overall condition of the property was poor, unhygienic, and completely below acceptable standards.The rooms were extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong and unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were equally unhygienic and clearly lacked proper cleaning and maintenance. To make matters worse, large rats were seen in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment serving or accommodating guests. The kitchen itself was extremely dirty and appeared to have little to no regard for basic hygiene and sanitation standards.The housekeeping/service was also very poor. The room service was inadequate and did not meet even basic expectations of cleanliness and hospitality.I had specifically booked the room through Agoda with breakfast included in the booking. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that breakfast was not provided at all. This is highly misleading and resulted in me paying for a service that I did not receive. My money was effectively wasted.Agoda should seriously review this property and verify the services advertised on its platform. If the hotel does not provide breakfast, it should not be listed as “breakfast included.” Such discrepancies are unfair to customers and create a completely misleading booking experience.Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, service, and accuracy of the advertised facilities were far below an acceptable standard. I would strongly advise potential guests to carefully reconsider booking this property until these serious issues are properly addressed.
