HOTEL GOLDEN VEENA

Great location and room.

The hotel looked nice but it was a old rooms renovated to look like premium. Smelly bathrooms and charges high based on the facilities it provided. The location and parking facilities are good though. The owner is very courteous and nice. He will support you fully.

This hotel ranks among the worst I've ever stayed at. The facilities and overall service are very disappointing. Cleanliness is lacking, with dirty toilets and inadequate housekeeping. Hygiene standards are quite poor. The rooms are small and not well maintained, lacking a proper cupboard and even the fridge was non-functional. The staff are unhelpful and unsupportive, making the stay uncomfortable. The hotel is located far from Nakki Lake, and there is no proper transport available, which makes getting around difficult. The worst aspect was the owner, Mr. Bomani, who charges exorbitantly for small items. At checkout, I was billed ₹370 for just 4 small biscuits, 1 small packet of chips, 4 cups of tea, and 1 bottle of Bisleri water, which is completely unreasonable and feels like cheating. Mr. Bomani, if you read this, please explain how you justify charging ₹370 for these basic items. This is unacceptable to guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you want a comfortable and honest stay, as it will spoil your trip rather than enhance it.

Hotel room was clean, the owner and the staff were also cooperative however I found food a little expansive than other hotels for example , 40 rupees was charged for a simple plane Papad, WiFi was not upto the Mark, due to high season I paid high tarrif fur stay.
