The managing people was very disgusting guy. They showing high attitude in front of us. Please never go there again with familly and solo trip.
I was appalled to see the amenities in the room was extremely dirty, the towels had pink marks, the bedsheets were gray and had stains. The pillow covers were gray and extremely dirty. There were kids in other rooms who were running in the corridor at 2.30am and there was nothing that was done to let the parents know that they are disturbing the other guests and all this despite waking up and walking to the reception and requesting the staff to intervene. The toilet seat was broken and it felt like a public toilet. I would sincerely request the management to do something about the cleanliness and basic amenities. I truly had a terrible experience.
