Very disappointing stay. The rooms were not clean and the overall maintenance was poor. There is no lift, and the stairs are quite steep, making it very difficult and inconvenient for elderly people. Definitely not recommended for families or senior citizens.

The food is excellent, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Badami caves. The staff are courteous, and I had a pleasant stay. It's an ideal place for a family stay.

Scam alert: Charged extra for a room that already included AC

I booked a Superior Queen Room. It was clearly listed AC is included in the room facilities on the app, and I have attached screenshots.At check-in, the receptionist said my room was “non-AC” and asked for an extra 500 to give me the same room with AC. I showed them my booking and the app listing. I even pointed out there’s no “non-AC” version of this room on the app at all. They still made me pay.This felt like a scam, charging extra for something already included in the booking. Be careful with this hotel. Check your booking details closely and don’t accept last-minute “extra charges” without proof.
