My booking was for whole day but I checked in late, they allotted me the room at the top floor where even the lift was not accessible, had to go for one floor using stairs, I doubt whether it was even part of the initial plan or not. Now comes the facility of the hotel for whole of night I had to keep my ac turned on at 16 degrees yet it didn’t cooled even for half an hour. Even my office AC which is 15 years old works very efficiently. The door knob of bathroom gate was broken too.I don’t know why they even enter hospitality sector, have been charging for 2000-2500 for a basic standard room, trust me if I didn’t had my exams today I would have not even gave 200 rupees for this shitty experience.Attaching the images too so that you can understand my burst

Although my booking was for the entire day, I checked in late and was assigned a room on the top floor where the elevator didn't reach, so I had to climb stairs for one floor. I'm not sure if this was part of the original arrangement. Regarding the hotel's facilities, I had to keep the AC at 16 degrees all night, but it never cooled the room even after half an hour. Even my 15-year-old office AC works better. Additionally, the bathroom door knob was broken. I don't understand why they are in the hospitality business, charging 2000-2500 for a basic room. Honestly, if I didn't have exams today, I wouldn't have paid even 200 rupees for this terrible experience. I'm attaching images so you can see my frustration.
