This hotel holds a special place in my heart’it's a part of my childhood nostalgia. Over the years, one thing that has remained consistent is the quality and taste of the food, which is still commendable.However, the hospitality has unfortunately taken a steep decline. With the exception of a few, most of the staff seem inattentive and indifferent to the guests. Whether it's arranging seating, accommodating menu changes, or simply acknowledging a bill payment, the basic courtesy and attentiveness expected in a service-oriented space are seriously lacking.A simple smile or a welcoming attitude’how much does it really take?I brought friends from another town to Trivandrum with the hope of sharing a great food experience, but the poor hospitality ended up overshadowing everything. It's disheartening to see such potential being diminished by an unwelcoming atmosphere.

My stay here was short but I wad really impressed by its hospitality. The hotel delivered what it has promised in this platform.It is highly accessable to Trivendrum Central Rail & Bus stations. I recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic. Cleanliness is top notch. Housekeeping does a commendable job. Overall very nice Experience.
