Excellent Stay at Royal Inn, TrivandrumWe stayed at Royal Inn, Trivandrum for two days and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel provided a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.What impressed us the most was the courteous and friendly behavior of the staff. They were always helpful, attentive and ready to assist with a smile and comfortable.The location is convenient and the overall service was excellent. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay, and transport options are conveniently accessible. Housekeeping was diligent, keeping everything in perfect order, and the bathroom amenities were satisfactory for a restful experience, contributing to a great overall impression.

I was traveling solo for a seminar so needed a place to crash for the night. So booked this hotel. When I checked the door of the cupboard to keep my belongings, I found a packet. I Opened it thinking it could be toileteries but to my surprise it was a pack of condoms. How can the staff be so careless as to not clean the room properly before giving it to someone else. The blanket given to me had hair strands in it. All in all it gave me an impression that they don't clean the bedsheets and blankets nicely. Imagine if a family would have stayed in that room and that packet could have been in the hands of children.
