I arrived at midnight with a confirmed reservation from Booking.com but was refused check-in because I showed my identity using the official UIDAI mAadhaar app instead of a physical Aadhaar card. The situation was made worse by the front office employee's attitude. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy or willingness to assist, even though it was late at night. Being left without a place to stay at midnight was very stressful. The hotel needs to ensure its staff treat guests with respect, communicate policies courteously, and professionally manage cases involving official digital identity documents.

The front desk team is polite, friendly, and always willing to assist. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil and Ms. Sandra for their constant support. Highly recommended for anyone moving or traveling.
