We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of delicious options to choose from. The service was great, and the overall hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended! We would love to visit again. 😊

I had a terrible stay at this hotel near Trivandrum Medical College. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the room was not clean at all, and it is definitely not suitable for families.I had a terrible stay at this hotel near Trivandrum Medical College. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the room was not clean at all. To make matters worse, they confirmed parking was available but provided no space, resulting in a very congested situation. I strongly advise families to avoid this place.
