We stayed here during the India vs Sri Lanka ODI and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were top class, the staff were excellent, and the facilities made our stay truly enjoyable.

The bathroom towels provided are old, visibly dirty, and completely unfit for use. More concerningly, there appears to be visible fungus growing in the bathroom area, which poses a direct health hazard.As a paying guest, I expect basic sanitation and cleanliness. I requested that a manager shall contact me immediately to arrange a room change(however not addressed )and ensure this issue is addressed.

Best star hotel within budget and it is located in city centre. The staff were very friendly and the buffet had multiple food options. Would recommend this hotel if one wants both luxury and proximity to airport in the same place.Loved the stay!!
