The hotel was perfect for a medical stay as well as for shopping purposes. The place was neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the clean towels, white linen bed sheets, and pillow covers made the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a short-term stay.

India • Jan 2026I stayed at this hotel with my family for three days, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a prime area, which made it very convenient.The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was good, with a wide variety of items to choose from. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained.We did face a water leakage issue in the bathroom. When I informed the staff, they responded immediately, inspected the issue, and found that a pipeline had broken and could not be repaired right away. They promptly arranged another room for us and upgraded us to a deluxe room at no additional cost, which we truly appreciated.Additionally, even after we checked out in the morning, the hotel kindly allowed us to use their common bathroom in the evening to freshen up, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.Overall, it was a comfortable and family-friendly stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
