Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort

I stayed at Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort for two days, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. As someone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating break, I found the resort to be the perfect place to relax and unwind.The location is beautiful, with the unique combination of the beach and backwaters creating a calm and serene atmosphere. Waking up to the sounds of nature and spending time in such peaceful surroundings was truly refreshing.A special mention goes to the Ayurvedic treatment team. The therapists were professional, caring, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the sessions. The treatments were relaxing and left me feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally.I would especially like to thank Mr. Shanu, my therapist, and Dr. Gowtham for their excellent care and guidance throughout the treatment. Their professional approach, knowledge, and attention to individual needs made the therapy highly effective and enjoyable. They patiently explained the treatments and ensured that I was comfortable at every stage.The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and well cared for during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant visit.Though my stay was only for two days, I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and grateful for the experience. I would happily recommend Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort to anyone seeking authentic Ayurvedic treatments and a peaceful retreat amidst nature.

We had an amazing stay at this seaside resort. One of the most unique and beautiful aspects of the location is that it’s situated right next to the spot where the lake meets the ocean. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and watching the changing colors of the water throughout the day was a wonderful experience.The view from our bedroom was simply spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the lake merging into the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made our stay truly memorable.The food was another highlight of our visit. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The seafood dishes were especially impressive, and dining with such a stunning view made the experience even better.The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views, great food, and a unique natural setting. We can’t wait to visit again!

I stayed at this Ayurvedic resort for 5 nights and had a very positive experience overall. Every day I received 2 hours of Ayurvedic treatments, and I was very happy with both the treatments themselves and my masseuse. The therapies felt professional and relaxing.The food was also very tasty, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I also really enjoyed the morning yoga sessions, which were a great way to start the day and complemented the treatments very well.What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing.Overall, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm Ayurveda experience.
