Ariya Nivaas - A vegetarian Hotel

The man always has a smile. I thought he might remember me. Then today, after two and a half years, when I arrived at their AC restaurant for breakfast, the first thing I received was his amazing smile. It's his signature and also represents Ariya Nivaas.

The parking staff provided unsatisfactory service. I would not recommend this.

The food tastes good but it is quite pricey.

My family and I booked two rooms on the 17th. Our plan was to stay on the 18th and check out at 12:00 PM on the 19th.However, due to some unexpected reasons, we needed to extend our stay for a few more hours. Since our return train was at 5:30 PM, we explained our situation at the reception and requested a late checkout.They were very helpful and offered a practical solution. They asked us to vacate one of the two rooms at the regular checkout time, while allowing us to keep the other room until 4:30 PM. This was a huge help for our family. ’’The room itself was well-maintained, clean, and neatly arranged. ’Later, we ran out of tea bags and sugar in the room, so we informed the reception. The two ladies at the reception were very polite and respectful. ’?However, we didn't receive any further assistance from the reception, which was a little disappointing. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly. They asked if we needed any help, and when we mentioned the tea bags, they immediately brought us more than enough.Honestly, the housekeeping team made up for what was missing from the reception service. If it hadn't been for them, I wouldn't have given this ’ for service. A special thanks to them. ’?As for the restaurant, I felt the food was a bit expensive. Also, in my personal opinion, the taste wasn't quite up to my expectations. However, I truly appreciate the staff's effort, service, and courteous behaviour. ’Overall, despite a few minor shortcomings, the helpful staff and our overall stay made for a very pleasant experience. That's why I'm happy to give this place ’’’’’ 5/5. ’’??

Service was good and the food was fairly good. The quality was similar but the prices differed between AC and non-AC options.
