This property was one of the best in our long kerela itinerary. Our room was great. One thing that might cause an issue would be stairs. We were fine, and knew it beforehand so not an issue. And most importantly the owner was too good. He helped with our bags to the 2nd floor and in general one of the nicest people I've met in Trivandrum (no exaggeration). He'd help you with selecting places you can visit while you're there.Oh, and the location is very near Shree Padhbhanabh Swamy temple. By walk it would take you 10-15 mins to reach the west gate (nada) from here.The locality of the property is also good, clean and actually quiet. Although it's a street used by the locals for their daily commute.Lastly the breakfast we got was super delicious. Please note they don't server dinner, but the owner would happily order some for you if you like.Our stay was great and we'll surely stay here on our next visit.
