Had a comfortable and pleasant overnight stay Pattom Royal Hotel- courteous staff and three star amenities as well.

Awesome place. Good for families and even if you come singly. A very quiet place. They have bar and conference rooms too ( i have seen). Rooms are clean, bathrooms are also very clean and room service is excellent. For the price, food is very good with a large variety. The staff is also very hospitable and kind. I have stayed here for 7 days and it was just awesome. They even arranged a taxi back to the airport as early as 3.30am in the morning!!

I am a regular here, multiple family functions have hosted here, suite rooms utilised for our out-station guests. Hospitality has always been at their best! Thank you taking of our guests and making them happy!

Ur hotel is so nice to residing, moreover ur front dusk performance is so valuable. Particularly ur FOM Mrs Nithya Mam is so powerful and performance is very simple, Actually as per my rating she is an asset for ur project. Moreover ur servicing team is so good ’’.

I stayed at this property with my friends and family on 14th February and checked out the next morning. We had booked two rooms. I have travelled extensively and stayed at numerous hotels, but this is without any doubt the worst service experience I have ever had.Let me be very clear: the rooms were acceptable, but everything else about this place is a complete service failure ’ especially room service and security.The problems started even before we arrived. When I called the reception to inform them of our arrival time, the person on the call sounded cold, uninterested, and completely untrained. He wasn’t openly rude, but his tone and manner of speaking were thoroughly unprofessional and unacceptable by any hospitality standard.After check-in, things only went downhill. While the rooms were fine and the food quality itself was decent, the service around it was absolutely pathetic.When we asked for beer glasses, we were told they do not provide beer glasses because they are afraid guests might damage them. This is one of the most ridiculous excuses I have ever heard. What kind of hotel refuses to provide basic glassware out of fear?We then ordered whiskey, and what we received were glasses that looked like peg-measuring cups. When we asked for proper whiskey glasses, we were given the same absurd excuse again. We escalated this to the reception, and they assured us it would be arranged ’ nothing was ever done. This was not a delay; it was a blatant lie.To make matters worse, we ordered porotta, which never arrived. After waiting endlessly and being completely ignored, we were forced to step out at 1:30 AM just to eat.When we informed the security guard that we were stepping out briefly and would return soon, he barely acknowledged us, did not even look at us properly, and clearly showed his displeasure. He was deliberately slow to open the gate when we were going out.When we returned, the situation got even worse. The security guard did not open the gate at all ’ we had to get out ourselves and open it. Being forced to handle the gate on our own as paying guests is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of basic professionalism and courtesy.The next morning, when we raised all these issues with the front desk, the staff member questioned the room service and security personnel in front of us and said he would ’report it to management.’ It was painfully obvious that this was just for show, with no real intent to take action or fix anything.What makes this experience even more concerning is what I witnessed two days before this stay at the hotel bar. Two guests were loudly arguing with the service staff for adding items to their bill that they had never ordered. The guests clearly stated that this was not the first time such a thing had happened. That alone speaks volumes about the integrity and standards of this place.I completely regret booking this hotel. The service is careless, dishonest, and shockingly incompetent. This property has no understanding of hospitality, no accountability, and no respect for guests.I will never return to this hotel, and I will actively warn others to stay away. This place does not deserve your money, your time, or your trust.I have shared the same reviews in Agoda and sent an email to the property
