I got two rooms, 206 and 208, both with AC. But in 206, the AC isn't cooling right. In 208, it's fine. I complained about the AC, and the hotel said there's a problem with it, so it's not cooling well. I asked for another room, but they said no because everything's booked. It's a terrible experience to not have AC when I paid for an AC
No place to hang the washed clothes and staff not at all helpful for carrying baggage to and from the vehicle..
No TV they charged me extra
