It's not a hotel, just a lodge (OYO room) with a single receptionist during day time as staff. housekeeping outsourced and is not good. Facilities: A/C: Yes, warm water:yes no proper wardrobe, just a half almirah (wall mounted), not even hangar for hanging clothes, didn't get even on request. Even water given on request. Non-responsive on issues. Building looks good from outside and in photos. Location: Though it is not far from railway station and Padmanabhaswamy temple, its location in a very narrow line just able to reach by auto only and even google maps, uber etc miss it and leve you in the adjacent main road.
