Not worth for the 2500 I payed. We checked in at 7:00 AM and there was no receptionist when we arrived there, so we had to wait for him to check in. We tried to reach the receptionist by intercom but there were no clear instructions on the phone to call them. The towels were ripped and had stains on them. The way the pillows were arranged obscured the main switches to the air conditioning system which shows not much training was provided to the room service personel. The AC was not switched on at arrival and did not work until management was called. Also the single bed did not have any headboard, which could have stopped the pillows from falling down. On the bright side, they did allow me a one hour late check out. Overall, as a hotel manager, I will not come back here, even for a short stay (we stayed for 5 hours but in room for only 2 to 3 hours) like this time.

Solo Traveller • India • Jul 2026We enjoyed our stay, and the room service was good. However, we could clearly hear the bell ringing and other noises from the neighboring room, which was quite disturbing. Other than the noise issue, the room was perfect and everything else was okay.
