My stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Thiruvananthapuram was fantastic. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service contributed to a memorable experience. I want to especially thank the housekeeping team members Vishu and Kavinraj for keeping my room immaculate daily and always welcoming me with a smile. Their dedication and attention to detail were much appreciated. I also want to acknowledge Manoop from security for his polite and helpful demeanor, which made every entry and exit smooth and pleasant. Finally, a big thank you to Adithyan from the buffet team whose attentive and friendly service made each meal enjoyable. I ordered a medium steak but received one that was overcooked and tough, so much so that the provided cutlery couldn't cut it. When I raised the issue, the chef came out and insisted that the steak was indeed medium. I believe I know what a medium steak should be like, and at minimum, it should be possible to cut it with the utensils given. I ate quietly, worried about the chef's attitude affecting my meal.
