Wonderful experience, excellent hospitality. The food was also very good.

I stayed at Keys Hotel Trivandrum for almost two months, so this review comes from a thorough personal experience rather than a brief stay. The food quality was consistently unsatisfactory, housekeeping was unprofessional, the finance department was inefficient, the front office was unhelpful, and the security staff did not provide a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, these problems persisted throughout my stay. What was even more disappointing was how my complaint was handled by the corporate team. After escalating my concerns to the Company Secretary of Lemon Tree Hotels, I received a call from Mr. Arun Gupta, who asked if the General Manager had resolved my issues. I told him I was still waiting for my GST invoice. Mr. Gupta assured me the system was ready and personally promised I would get the invoice within two days. Four days later, I still had not received it. When I followed up, I was told the system was "not ready" and that I would have to wait another three days. This is not just about a GST invoice; it shows a pattern of unfulfilled promises. Every follow-up brought another assurance instead of a resolution. If a reputed hotel group cannot promptly provide a statutory GST invoice to a guest who stayed nearly two months, it raises serious doubts about its operational standards and accountability. My greatest disappointment is that even after the issue reached the corporate office, nothing really improved. The response only confirmed the problems I had raised. A hotel's true quality is shown not by its advertisements but by how it treats guests when issues arise. Unfortunately, Keys Hotel Trivandrum did not meet that standard. I hope the senior management of Lemon Tree Hotels takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes.

Loved the facilities, ambience and the ambience. The staff was good too.

The property itself is lovely, great ambience, well-maintained, comfortable rooms, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent.However, one experience left a bad taste. I checked in late (around 10 PM) and asked housekeeping for hair oil. They said they'd call back and never did. No follow-up, no courtesy call to even say it wasn't available. I was left waiting, unsure if my request had been noted at all.For a hotel with this much going for it, this kind of basic follow-through gap is disappointing. Small things like this are often what guests remember, even when the rest of the stay is great. Recommend for the property and food but service responsiveness needs work.
