I had made a booking and even paid an extra ’2000 for early check in. But when I reached there, the receptionist, a curly haired gentleman, behaved as if he knew nothing about it. He practically disowned everything until I showed proof of the booking and payment. The room given to me was on the 3rd floor. Ironically, it was called ’Monsoon’, and the bathroom taps were leaking like an actual monsoon. To make things worse, there was no lift, so carrying luggage all the way to the 3rd floor was a painful experience. The so called complimentary breakfast is best avoided. Very poor quality. Better to eat from outside.I also noticed mould in various places across the property. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Better avoid this place unless somebody is forcing you to stay there at gunpoint.
