Our initial impression was negative and it stayed that way throughout our stay. The hotel manager was quite rude and told us to handle our own luggage. Additionally, the electricity went out multiple times. The hotel staff also annoyed us. This was the worst experience of my whole trip.

The hotel looks much different than seen in picture. Sea view room doesn't have sea view. Breakfast was added as complimentary but it is not a buffet or from the restaurant of hotel, they order from somewhere else . Rooms were also not maintained in best condition. Staff service is also not highly recommended.

Our stay at Tippys Beach Resort was truly delightful. The hotel's proximity to the beach makes it a perfect spot in Kovalam. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, assisting us with our luggage from the parking lot to the hotel, which we greatly valued. They ensured we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well kept, with spotless bathrooms and balconies offering stunning views. We also took a trip to the Lighthouse, where we enjoyed spectacular views of Kovalam beach and the Vizhinjam area, enhancing our memorable stay.
