I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The spa was amazing with complimentary steam sauna and jacuzzi available throughout the day. Take off restaurant was great for dinner. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Anitha at check out desk was very helpful. If come back Trivandrum I will stay in O by Tamara
I stayed over upon arrival and before departure in Kerala. The hotel location is excellent for our needs. Close to the malls for shopping and the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful especially Mithun & Tom. Room service was prompt. The staffs went out of the way to make our stay pleasant and a memorable one.
