The hotel and its amenities were good, clean, and well-maintained. However, the overall experience fell short due to the lack of warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff seemed indifferent, and the service felt transactional rather than welcoming. While the property itself is nice, the absence of friendliness and care made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
As an ayurvedic retreat center, it really does the job! Its surrounded with lakes and greenery and have ample of ayurvedic treatments as well. I had a little issue with food rest all was really good!
