Hotel Falcon

This was a solo trip and on budget. This is far from railwaystation but closer to highway ,adjacent to the service road. One thing i liked was there was a large window in the room which is generally missing in other properties in this budget.

The hotel is very near the airport. We stayed for 2 nights. My only problem was that the AC didn't get cold, even when set to 16°C. Apart from that, everything was okay.

I had a very disappointing experience with the reception team at Falcon Hotel. I reserved two rooms for five people for three nights starting 07/05/2026 via a phone call on 06/05/2026. The staff confirmed availability, and I even called again to confirm the booking. I clearly told them my colleagues would arrive around 6 PM for check-in, and the receptionist assured me there would be no issues. On the check-in day, I called around 5:30 PM but got no answer or callback. I then went to the hotel in person and informed the receptionist my colleagues would arrive by 8 PM. He again said there was no problem since the rooms were booked. However, when my colleagues arrived, they were told no rooms were available. Shockingly, the receptionist claimed they had informed me on the booking day that all rooms were full and suggested we find another hotel, which was false. Consequently, my colleagues had to find last-minute accommodation elsewhere. The situation worsened when I later asked the reception about this, and two staff members responded rudely and aggressively. As a regular customer who has booked this hotel multiple times for friends and colleagues, I felt very disappointed and disrespected. The rooms might be good, which is why I recommended this hotel before, but the staff's attitude and behavior were unacceptable. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this place anymore. Please do not rely solely on phone bookings without proper confirmation.

Our experience was very disappointing. Construction was happening even at 11 PM during our stay, causing a lot of noise and making it hard for us to get a good night's sleep.

My experience at Hotel Falcon was quite negative. I made the reservation by calling the hotel directly and clearly communicated my check-in time beforehand. The staff assured me that the timing was acceptable and there would be no issues. However, after I arrived and checked in, the receptionist contacted me and spoke harshly about the check-in time, demanding extra payment for it. This was unexpected since the timing had been agreed upon prior to booking. The staff's attitude was very rude and unprofessional, making it seem like they didn't care about providing good service. Additionally, the room was not well cleaned or maintained. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I would not suggest this hotel for families because of the poor service and unfriendly staff.
