If your primary goal is shopping at Lulu Mall or having quick access to the NH Bypass, this location is hard to beat. It sits right on the service road near Venpalavattom Junction, making auto and taxi access extremely easy. Check-in was straightforward, and the air conditioning in the room handled the Trivandrum humidity effectively. However, keep in mind that this is a budget property. There is no elevator, so if you get assigned a room on the upper floors, you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Parking right outside on the service road can also feel cramped during peak traffic hours. Perfect for a quick overnight stay, but temper your expectations regarding full-service hotel luxuries."

The rooms were very poorly maintained, with a complete lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The TVs were not working, and the air conditioning was also non-functional.When we reported these issues, the hotel staff responded very poorly instead of trying to resolve them. When we requested an alternate room or a refund, the receptionist simply told us that if we were not satisfied, we could vacate the room. This is completely unacceptable customer service.The receptionist's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort or satisfaction and made no effort to address our complaints.Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor room maintenance, non-working amenities, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
