I strongly advise families to avoid staying at this hotel.Our experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were very poorly maintained, with a complete lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The TVs were not working, and the air conditioning was also non-functional.When we reported these issues, the hotel staff responded very poorly instead of trying to resolve them. When we requested an alternate room or a refund, the receptionist simply told us that if we were not satisfied, we could vacate the room. This is completely unacceptable customer service.The receptionist's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort or satisfaction and made no effort to address our complaints.Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor room maintenance, non-working amenities, and unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
