Rooms are not clean, when asked for change of room, staffs were very rude and said they cannot change the room. I’ve vacated from this place and booked somewhere else. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The place is so dilapidated and unclean. The pillow case and sheet had bloid stains. When asked to change the case and sheets they refused and the agreed to change the pillow csse. The state of the pillows looks like it was picked out of a garbage dump. Please avoid the place if you don't wantbto get sick when you vacate!! 🙏😡

The washroom had no water for nearly three hours, and during that time, the reception was unattended and our calls went unanswered. We paid ₹500 per hour for early check-in, yet the room was in poor condition. The fan was filthy, and overall cleanliness and upkeep were lacking. Although breakfast was supposed to be included, it was only served on one day and not the next, with no clear explanation. In summary, the service, cleanliness, staff attitude, and basic amenities were all disappointing. Considering the price, we expected much better. This was a very negative experience and I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had stayed with this property on 13-09-26 check in In midnight around 12 for i keeping the dustbin outside of room when iwas opened the door their staff receptionist standing the infront of my door unnecessary in that time then asking him why r u standing here he siwering he said just came for checking I think he must come for that time close to hearing our conversations or watch to inside room through hidden holes or key holes I hve a doubt to supposed he has fitted any hidden camera inside the room so guys please don't go and stay with couples and familes it's not safe very cheap minded staffs

I definitely do not recommend this place! The toilet had no water, and the cleanliness and upkeep were poor. The door was a major issue—closing it properly felt like you needed a superhero! 😅 Overall, it was an unpleasant stay and requires a lot of improvement.
