Terrible service and unpleasant odors in the room; not a suitable option for couples.

The worst ever hotel i visited in the sense of comfort & service.The rooms are so small that you can’t just walk around,you can’t open your bags if you are of two adults.Not at all recommended.Bathroom has broken lock.They don’t even listen to the request or complian.They just want their hotel can be booked fully nothing else by giving false description.Never ever visit.Thank you

Extremely Disappointing Stay, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained, and completely unhygienic. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable, with cockroaches roaming around the room, making the stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The biggest issue was the bathroom door lock, which was broken and did not work at all. When I contacted room service and informed them about the problem, they simply said they could not do anything about it. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff behaved very unprofessionally. To make matters worse, since I had already paid in advance, the staff seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. They even raised their voices and spoke rudely when I requested assistance. The lack of basic customer service, maintenance, and hygiene is shocking.I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel unless they are prepared to deal with poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and unprofessional staff behavior. Definitely not worth the money.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at regarding comfort and service. The rooms are extremely tiny, making it impossible to move around or even open your bags if there are two adults. I do not recommend it at all. The bathroom lock is broken. They ignore requests and complaints. Their only goal seems to be full bookings, achieved by providing misleading descriptions. I would never stay here again. Thank you.
