Solo Traveller • India • Jul 2026Worst room, the bed sheet have stains of blood and food, the room and bathroom have rotting smell. The facilities like ac and other is not working. Bathroom was not at all cleaned for the use looks like public toilet. The floor was not sweep, and have dust all over the floor even the roof have nest of spiders like that. And the walls looks like collapsing due to the concrete portion was cracked. The stair and the reception too very bad, looks like we entered in abandoned building. Worst worst experience looks like nightmare.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was not clean, and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and unpleasant. There was no proper reception, and the entire property had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol. The facilities were poor, and the actual condition of the hotel was completely different from the photos shown online.I would not recommend this property, especially for women, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and secure stay. The listing is misleading, and I hope Agoda reviews this property to ensure it meets basic quality and safety standards. If there had been an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
