Frustrating Stay Experience

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. The pictures shown were all clean, but in reality, it was completely different. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait 20 minutes before someone attended to us. Check-in was supposed to be at 1 pm, but we got our rooms only at 1:40 pm. There is no room service, no breakfast, no tea or coffee, no fans, and no elevator. We had to carry our own luggage. For everything, we had to ask the single person managing the hotel and keep reminding them constantly. Truly frustrating. Not suitable for families. The bathroom door, bucket, and mug were all covered in black fungus. Only the rooms were spacious. Worst experience.
