Super Hotel O East Fort

Terrible service and unpleasant odors in the room; not a suitable option for couples.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at regarding comfort and service. The rooms are extremely tiny, making it impossible to move around or even open your bags if there are two adults. I do not recommend it at all. The bathroom lock is broken. They ignore requests and complaints. Their only goal seems to be full bookings, achieved by providing misleading descriptions. I would never stay here again. Thank you.

A very disappointing experience, this hotel stay ranks among the worst I've had. The room was tiny, badly kept, and very unhygienic. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with cockroaches present, making the stay quite unpleasant. The bathroom door lock was broken and non-functional. When I reported this to room service, they said they couldn't fix it and acted unprofessionally instead of helping. Since I had prepaid, the staff showed no concern for my complaints and even raised their voices rudely when I asked for help. The lack of basic customer service, upkeep, and cleanliness was shocking. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you want to face poor hygiene, maintenance problems, and rude staff. It is definitely not worth the cost.

The room was very dusty. There was no one at the reception except an elderly woman who said she would come back in 5 minutes. She spoke in Malayalam, so I couldn't understand any other language.
