I booked a single room at this hotel for one night to avoid traveling at night. Upon arrival at 9:30 pm, I was surprised to learn that the room had no attached bathroom. The receptionist acted as if this was normal and asked if I had been informed, but the staff had called me several times to confirm payment and arrival without mentioning this. I requested a room change and was willing to pay extra, but was told all rooms were full. After a long 7-hour journey, I was tired and hoping for a good night's sleep, but this was not possible. The receptionist insisted nothing could be done. With no alternatives and having already paid, I accepted the room. The next morning, housekeeping said the two adjacent rooms were unoccupied the previous night. The room was uncomfortable with a hard bed and a musty smell throughout. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this hotel despite its Google reviews and location near the railway station and bus terminal.
