We paid the amount by cash when reached at location and it was one day stay for my wife interview . And on very next day while vacating the room other guy asked money even the previous staff told him we already paid .. it was such pathetic and irresponsible behavior from them So guys don't go there for your own convenience Thank u

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for over two weeks while looking for a rental house near the Medical College. This hotel is clean and safe, ideal for budget long-term stays. There is no food service, but Swiggy deliveries are allowed. They provide tea, coffee, newspapers, and bottled water. Special thanks to the cleaning team and front desk manager Sebin. I booked the room by phone/WhatsApp, and it was ready when we arrived early in the morning. They didn't require advance payment until I checked out after two weeks, which was a unique experience for me! I'm still curious why they took that chance 😊. Thanks to everyone, especially Sebin, who also helped me with contacts to find a rental flat or house. Autos and Uber are easily accessible nearby, with Uber being more affordable for longer trips.

Extremely disappointing experience.The Standard Double Room was advertised as air-conditioned, but on arrival we were told it was non-AC. This felt misleading, and the staff made no effort to resolve it.The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, treating us poorly instead of helping. We had to contact Agoda ourselves, as the hotel was uncooperative and even avoided their calls.To make matters worse, the bathroom lacked basic amenities like soap and shampoo.Overall, very poor service and management. Would not recommend.

I had reserved a non-AC room over the phone and mentioned that two ladies traveling from far away would arrive around 8pm. This was confirmed, and they even called back to reconfirm. However, upon arrival, the situation was completely different. The receptionist said only AC rooms were available and that one was booked under our name, despite us being told otherwise and the rent being confirmed for a non-AC room during booking and reconfirmation. No one there took responsibility or offered help, saying the person who handled the booking was off duty, and we could pay for the AC room if we wanted to stay. The team's unprofessional behavior left me and my pregnant daughter searching for accommodation late at night. I recommend getting confirmation in writing or email from the hotel rather than relying on verbal assurances to avoid last-minute stress.

Stay is good. Staff is friendly. The room and wash rooms are clean
