It was very clean and location was quiet and pleasant. It was also close to Techo park. But there was no toiletries provided and the wifi provided was very weak. It was okay for the price.
Terrible hotel. The worst night I've ever had. I couldn't get any sleep due to bedbugs. Although they offer a triple room, the third person is given a thin mattress on the floor, which was also infested with bedbugs. Additionally, the elevator was out of order at night.

I reserved this hotel via Booking.com, but the hotel staff told me they never got any booking request from Booking.com, which was very frustrating and caused unnecessary trouble. Also, the hotel's overall state and service were quite bad. None of the elevators were operational, breakfast was unavailable, and there were very few staff members to help guests. The absence of basic amenities and assistance made my stay very uncomfortable. I am quite unhappy with this experience and hope Booking.com will urgently investigate this issue and offer a suitable solution or compensation for the inconvenience.

The room was very unhygienic and had bugs/insects everywhere. There was also a very bad smell, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay. The cleanliness and hygiene standards need significant improvement.
