Overall, my stay was good. The hotel is nice, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and well behaved.However, I faced two issues during my stay. The bed/mattress surface was rough and caused scratches and irritation on my body while sleeping. I have attached photos for reference. I also found several cockroaches in the bathroom, so cleanliness and pest control need more attention.Apart from these issues, everything else was good and I was satisfied with the stay. I hope the management will fix these points for future guests.
