No wonder this hotel already has low reviews in Agoda and Google at the time of my review. We arrived at night at the hotel and did not have other option otherwise we would have definitely avoided this property. Insects were all over the room and bathroom. Bathroom had see through glass in the windows. The parking availability as advertised in Agoda is false and you will be asked to park outside on the road. The security denied to help us in finding a parking spot by saying “find it yourself” and went inside. The people we interacted at the reception Mr. Ashiq and one other lady were least concerned about guest needs and concerns and chose to ignore what we were saying by pretending to look down and busy. It seems no one sits at their reception desk. During the check -in we had to call the number mentioned at the reception to call to check us in as there was no one at the reception. Even at check-out they had put up a sign saying “Drop your check out keys here”. This property is not safe for families especially with children because at night a fight also broke out at the hotel and people were shouting loudly around midnight and we were afraid to even step out of the room. To all the people choosing this property for their upcoming stay, it’s a humble request to avoid this property if you can if you want a safe and secure stay for your family.

This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life.The hotel was listed as a 4-star property on Agoda, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was not clean, and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the room. The bathroom smelled like a public railway station toilet.Privacy was another serious issue. The bathroom window was open, and people in the neighboring building could easily see inside. This is a major privacy and safety concern.The air conditioning was also not working properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable.I had booked my room with breakfast included. In the morning, I called the receptionist, who told me to have breakfast at the restaurant next to the reception. After I finished eating, the restaurant staff gave me a bill and said that my booking did not include breakfast and that they had no information about it. This showed a complete lack of communication between the hotel and the restaurant, leaving me in an embarrassing situation.Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel was misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, lacked basic cleanliness and privacy, and had unprofessional service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Please anyone never ever think about staying in this hotel. Rooms bed full of bed bugs and cockroaches. They dont even listen to you if you complain about it. Only option is either you shouls sleep with bugs or checkout with loss. Horrible rooms without cleaniness, pillow covers and bedsheets are never washed.
