The Terrace Trivandrum

A few issues were observed. Housekeeping was somewhat lacking. When we entered the room, there was water on the floor. The extra bed was quite hard. The room did not have sufficient coffee and tea supplies. Only two 500ml bottles of water were provided, and any extra bottle was charged at over 50% above the MRP. We had to pay 32 Rs for a bottle that costs 20 Rs. Apart from these, the stay was enjoyable.

Our recent stay at Hotel Terrace in Trivandrum was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The first room we were given was very dusty, so we asked for a change. The staff quickly moved us to a larger, upgraded room, which was better but still had dust in several places. The bathroom seemed clean at first, but we found a small cockroach, which was upsetting. The hotel's location is convenient, close to Trivandrum Central Railway Station and about 1.4 km from Padmanabhaswamy Temple. The staff were generally helpful, though service was inconsistent; no one helped with our luggage at check-in, but after we complained and changed rooms, staff did assist us. The main problem was the lack of thorough cleaning before guests arrive. We had planned to stay two days but cut our visit short because my wife, who is allergic to dust, kept sneezing all night even in the second room. While the location and staff responsiveness were good, the poor cleanliness is a serious issue, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3-day stay at The Terrace Business Hotel with our kids. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere made our trip to Thiruvananthapuram truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel is nice and clean. Food was not served because of a cylinder problem.

The restaurant is closed, but rooms are available. It is close to Trivandrum Central Railway Station.
