Hotel Venkateswara

We stayed here as a family of six for two nights and booked two non-AC rooms directly at the reception. The check-in time is flexible if you're booking in person, which was really convenient. We paid ’1,600 for one night per room.Honestly, it feels more like a 2-star hotel rather than a 3-star. The landline phone and some plug points weren’t working, and the bathroom taps had water dripping at night. The photos online look quite old ’ the place is now a bit worn out, not very well maintained, and slightly dirty. The rooms were a bit smelly, so we opened the doors and windows to let the smell go away.Hot water was not coming in one of our rooms. When we asked, the staff told us to get hot water from another area with a geyser, so since we’re a family, we managed by bringing the water in buckets and bathing in one room one after another. Before booking, please ask for a room that has hot water.There’s also a bathroom facility on the ground floor, which our car driver used to freshen up ’ that was helpful.On the positive side, the staff were nice, and Unni at the reception was especially kind and attentive. The stay is simple and affordable ’ good enough if you just need a basic place to sleep at night without expecting luxury.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. A special mention to Unni from the reception team’ he was extremely kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I have never experienced such a terrible hotel in my entire life. The property should not even be rated as 1 star ’ it deserves -1 rating.TV not working, telephone broken, and most electrical switches forcefully stopped to save electricity.No staff assistance at all, they are completely unaware of what hospitality means.The room was in a pathetic condition ’ broken tables, damaged doors, and unhygienic blankets.The entire property looks like it was built during the Second World War and never maintained since.The staff keeps making excuses and fooling guests at every step.Even the washrooms at a railway station are cleaner than this hotel.For every small thing (like water), you have to request 100 times.This hotel falsely claims to be 3-star, but it actually deserves -0.1 rating.MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, and other OTA platforms should personally verify before listing such properties.’’ Safety and hygiene are major concerns.Please avoid this hotel completely, even if you’re on a budget ’ a small lounge or a basic dorm would be 100 times better.

Room is not worth for that amount. Staffs some people's are nice. Especially Mr.Rajesh Don't have a manner and Speaking in front of Ladies and kids. Really that person unfit for that position. If that person very honesty and Follow the rules only then he don't allowed for any money exception rules. He don't have minimum manner and decent speak. He have an headway. Honestly says this location is very near to railway station. Myself and my son's stayed there. Room is not so good. But its ok. Another night working person is very kind. Because of he consider am lady and have Sons and midnight also . But this person oh...really am upset. He don't have any sense , logic,Manners,courtesy, Decent. I think he speak same with his grandma,mother,sister,wife,daughter. Whether this is his habit or he don't have any women in his life. This owner kindly note and understand my situation and feelings also. Really am upset for that person. But another persons service all are nice. Thanks to everyone except that person.
