booked this room online via Agoda at 12:50 AM on August 23, 2026, and arrived at the hotel with my wife and infant shortly after, around 1:40 AM. Upon arrival, the reception staff and manager denied me entry, claiming there were no rooms available and alleging that Agoda’s online booking system was disabled. They blamed Agoda entirely for the issue.When I requested a resolution, the manager rudely told me to either pay extra for an "upgrade" or cancel and leave. Since *** policy strictly enforced a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee, cancelling late at night was impossible. Trapped at 2:00 AM with an exhausted family and a baby, I was forced under extreme duress to pay an additional 800 directly to the hotel via UPI

Disappointing The photos online are totally misleading. The room and washroom were extremely small and congested, with zero air circulation. Not worth the money and not recommended for a comfortable stay.
