Got Great experience to stay here. Large size rooms available at fare rates. Hotel staff behavior is very politely. Provides only & purely vegetarian testy foods. Well maintained clean & huge swimming pool in same property. Only location is slightly away from main city which is inconvenient for tourists. But it's ideal for destination wedding ceremony.

Overall experience was good.. however cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.. Breakfast buffet was very nice.Deen Dayal's Service Was Very Excellent

I recently stayed at your property hotel kasturi orchid and would like to share my experience regarding the reception and overall staff interaction. While the property itself is excellent, with great rooms and delicious food, my experience with the reception staff was extremely disappointing.As a corporate customer, I have stayed at many hotels, but the service at your reception was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The staff seemed unaware of basic customer service protocols, and the way they attended to guests varied greatly. Some were overly effusive in their approach, while others were dismissive or indifferent. There was a lack of consistency in how guests were treated, which left a poor impression.It's evident that there is a need for proper training and clearer guidelines for reception staff. They should be made aware of hotel policies and taught how to handle customers professionally. After all, the reception is the first point of contact for guests, and it plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience.Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not consider booking with your hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others in a corporate setting.I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the customer service at the reception. The property has great potential, but the service should match the quality of the amenities offered.
