Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur

I recently stayed at this property with my family for a short vacation, and it was a truly fantastic experience. If you are looking for a blend of comfort and top-notch service in Jodhpur, this hotel is highly recommended.Situated away from the city's hustle and bustle, the property offers a peaceful retreat. I suggest opting for the higher-floor rooms, which provide scenic views of the city, including the impressive High Court building.The staff truly makes this place shine. A special shout-out to Mr. Negi at the front office, whose assistance from check-in to check-out was invaluable. Additionally, Mr. Ghatak, the Executive Chef, personally checks in with guests to ensure their culinary preferences are met’a touch of hospitality that doesn’t go unnoticed.Breakfast: The buffet offers a wide variety of options, including excellent live counters.Evenings: The bar, "Cocktails and More," features live music and is the perfect spot to unwind.In-Room Dining: The service is quick and the menu options are adequate.Travel TipsSince the hotel is located outside the main city center, you won't find many autos passing by on the road. However, Uber is very reliable in the area with minimal cancellations, making local travel easy.Overall Verdict: Whether traveling with family, friends, or for business, this property offers a premium and seamless experience.

The hotel is located slightly outside the crowded city area, so sightseeing requires traveling about 8 km. However, this also means the property is spacious and offers ample parking, which is a plus.Service was good overall, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We opted for the in-house dinner; while the food was decent, the starter options could have been better. A special mention for the separate Dal’Baati’Churma section’this was a thoughtful touch and truly stood out.The view of the High Court from the hotel is awesome and adds a nice visual appeal to the stay.There is no swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing for children. Rooms are on the smaller side, typical of Fairfield/Marriott standards, but they are clean and well-maintained with good hygiene.Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.Rating: 4/5

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and Narayan even left us cute towel animals and rose petal decorations. Breakfast and dinner in their restaurant Kava was very good. The Christmas Eve dinner was excellent! Sanjay always made sure we were taken care of and Bhagirath was a fantastic server. The only downside was the AC in the room didn’t get cool enough. We set it at 19 but the room was always between 23-24.

What a wonderful stay we had at Fairfield by Marriott at Meera Nagar, Jodhpur!Rajashree, Sujata, and all other staff at the front desk are very friendly and super helpful. The staff helped us with our international luggage and took care of all our needs and more.Supratim ji, Amandeep ji, Suraj ji, along with Robina, Bhagirath, Amisha, Bablu, Ritik, Shimanshu, Jui, Tapender and all the staff and the amazing chefs at the Kava restaurant are truly wonderful. They are always smiling and ready to help us. They went above and beyond to make things nice for us. They even made kadha - the soothing herbal tea and mild khichdi for me as I was feeling under the weather.The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet and desserts options are spectacular. All the food is super delicious and caters to all audience. One request for the restaurant is to have more vegan-friendly foods and desserts. My husband is a vegan and had a bit of hard time finding foods that he could eat since almost everything has dairy ingredients in it. Despite of that, the staff was very nice and made custom items for my husband, so his meals were well taken care of. He enjoyed all the delicious items the restaurant staff prepared for him. Thank you, Team Kava, for taking care of us so well.Laundry service is great and our clothes came back clean, ironed, and folded - very well organized effort. Thank you! Please allow a bit extra time for laundry, if you are sending your clothes in.Checkout process was very smooth and quick with help from Sujata. Deependra helped us with our luggage and Prithviraj ji helped load it all in our car.The hotel is a bit outside the city so you will have a bit of drive to get to the city center. We loved the quiet that came with the hotel’s location.We are thankful for the special letter and goodies that the manager, Ratnesh Rai, sent for us apologizing for the smell of smoke in our initial room. The issue was mitigated swiftly and we were moved to a non-smoking room to ensure our stay was comfortable.We are very grateful to all the Marriott staff for making our stay so comfortable and our Jodhpur trip memorable.We can’t wait to come back again to Jodhpur and stay at this hotel again. We highly recommend it to everyone who visits Jodhpur.
