Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur

Overall, I would rate it a solid 3.75 out of 5. The rooms are clean, but some hidden spots like corners and under the bed are dirty. The food is repetitive, and unfortunately, there aren't many non-vegetarian options. I don't recommend the room service as it's pricey and not worth the cost. Special thanks to Mr. Ashwani, Miss Shriya, Mr. Deepak, and Mr. Sunil for their excellent hospitality—they deserve a raise. Please work on improving the food menu and the dine-in room service. Overall, it was a good stay for business purposes.

While the rooms and services are good, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. If you don't have a car, be prepared that cab drivers or Rapido may charge more than the displayed prices.

Fairfield by Marriott was excellent due to the attentive and supportive staff. Swapnil at the reception was especially helpful when we arrived early in the morning, assisting us with an early check-in. Traveling with my elderly parents, this kindness was much appreciated as they needed rest. Puneet also kindly allowed us a late check-out. The dining area, Kava, served good food; we ordered from the à la carte menu and the soup was outstanding, prepared to our preferences. Our server Robina ensured everything was perfect, and Sneha was also very helpful. Everyone, from the bellboy to the housekeeping staff, was very polite. The only downside was the room size; the twin room we booked through Agoda was small, and the beds were not the usual Marriott size. Ultimately, it was the staff who made our stay comfortable.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed a fantastic experience with very welcoming staff dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Harshita at the front desk who checked us in with a smile and was always ready to help. We encountered a problem with breakfast, and our feedback was received very well. Thanks to Anoop, Amita, and Suraj (the restaurant manager) who went above and beyond to serve delicious food afterward. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and great value for money. We will choose Fairfield again if we visit Jodhpur.

Excellent hotel with roomy, clean, and well-furnished rooms. The staff were very friendly and responded promptly to all requests. Although the food was somewhat disappointing, the variety offered was extensive. Keep in mind that the hotel is in a remote location with limited activities and dining options nearby. Overall, a recommended place to stay.
