Booking Issue Frustration

Ideally u should not have allowed me to book a dorm when you have a child policy, I applied all filters and added a child at the time of property search and a booking. Despite of it, it did allow me and I prepaid the charges. When I was told that, they don’t allow children in dorms, I should be able to cancel or get a refund. Do you expect us to read terms at 11pm in the night? Agoda is unresponsive too
