The room was somewhat dirty, with water stains on the coffee table. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly. Overall, the room was acceptable since I stayed only one night. The food was great, with a buffet for both dinner and breakfast offering many choices, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

We had the opportunity to hold the MSME Defence Conclave today at Vega by Ozone Hotels, Jodhpur, and the experience was wonderful. The hotel staff showed exceptional hospitality and coordinated the event flawlessly. The conference hall team was very supportive, professional, and attentive to all needs. The Room Dining staff were excellent as well—delivering orders right on time with politeness and professionalism. Special thanks to Mr. Abhilash from Room Dining for his quick and efficient service. We also greatly appreciate Mr. Ramhans Singh Ji, Operations Manager, for his valuable support, coordination, and personal care that ensured the conclave ran smoothly. His proactive attitude and cooperation truly made a difference. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience with a highly professional and welcoming team. Nice hotel located in the center of Jodhpur, the Sun City. Parking can be problematic.

As soon as I entered, the design grabbed my attention — a sleek blue-glass exterior and modern rooms featuring bold yellow and warm wood accents that feel fresh and unique, not the usual hotel look. The bed was cozy, the room was very clean, and the atmosphere was more boutique than a standard business hotel. The location in Shastri Nagar is handy, making it easy to explore Jodhpur without being too far from key sights. The staff were polite and responded promptly whenever needed. Extra appreciation for being truly inclusive — it's great to find hotels that openly welcome LGBTQ+ guests. Some quick advice: - The rooms have a great design focus; try to get one with the yellow accent wall if possible - Located centrally in Jodhpur, with easy city access - Watch for deals since prices vary a lot by platform Modern, chic, and comfy — a dependable choice if you want a stay in Jodhpur that feels anything but generic.
