Solo Traveller • Aug 2026I stayed at the hotel for three nights with my extended family, including kids and parents. I rated it two stars mainly due to the poor service from the front desk staff and their manager, as well as the area around the hotel. Pros: 1. The location is not too far from main attractions, and taxis are easy to get, but there is little within walking distance, including food options. 2. The hotel is quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. 3. The restaurant's food is of acceptable quality. 4. Rooms are small but not overly uncomfortable. Cons: 1. Expect subpar service from the manager and front desk, who seem influenced by the manager, Mr. Santosh, who appeared focused on charging extra fees. For example, we were eight people with four double rooms booked. My niece chose to sleep in her parents' room instead of sharing with her cousin, so we asked for an extra mattress. The hotel charged Rs. 1000 per night and did not provide the mattress, even though spare mattresses were visible in the corridor. 2. There is practically nothing around the hotel. If you want to take an evening walk or try street snacks, you will be disappointed.
