We asked for room cleaning at 9:30 AM before stepping out, but when we returned at 1:30 PM, nothing had been cleaned. The staff service was underwhelming, but what disappointed us the most was the owner. There was zero hospitality—even if you greet or talk to them with a smile, they respond rudely without even acknowledging you properly. A place with good rooms means nothing if the owner and management treat paying guests with such arrogance.

Check in time is very late. It is at 1.30 PM. But rooms are neat and clean. Facilities are very good. Experience was amazing. They only serve veg and also does not allow outside food. And their restaurant prices are quite high. Overall good experience but things can be improved.
