’’’’’Extremely disappointing experience at Garh Govind.Today is the second day of the wedding, and the hotel's management has failed to provide even the most basic facilities. One room has no water supply, another room's AC is not working, and these are not isolated issues. Around 8’10 rooms are facing similar problems.We have informed the hotel staff 10’12 times, yet nothing has been resolved. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially during a wedding where guests expect proper comfort and hospitality.I have worked at and visited many hotels, including several five-star properties, and I have never experienced such poor maintenance or such an unprofessional attitude from the management.As part of the event team, we were also shocked by the hotel's lack of cooperation. The staff refused to help even with basic coordination, such as hamper placement, saying that they do not provide any assistance for event teams. Instead of supporting the event, the management and staff remained uncooperative throughout. It genuinely felt like the manager had an unnecessary negative attitude towards the event team, making coordination much more difficult than it should have been.A successful wedding depends on teamwork between the hotel and the event team. Unfortunately, Garh Govind failed to provide that support. I sincerely hope the management improves its maintenance, guest service, and coordination with event professionals so that future guests and event teams do not have to face the same experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Garh Govind. The rooms are excellent, and we had a fantastic time. The staff here is wonderful and very helpful’Naveen, in particular, took excellent care of us and is a very engaging conversationalist; it was a real pleasure meeting him.
