Moustache Jodhpur

I recently stayed at Moustache Jodhpur and ended up extending my stay—and that decision was largely influenced by one person: Ujjwal from the staff.From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was guiding me around the city, helping with small requests, or just having a friendly conversation, he made the whole experience feel warm and personal. It didn’t feel like a typical hostel stay—it felt welcoming.The property itself has a great vibe, good facilities, and a social atmosphere, but what truly stood out to me was the hospitality. Staff like Ujjwal make a real difference, and in my case, he was the reason I chose to extend my stay by two more days.If you're considering staying at Moustache Jodhpur, I’d definitely recommend it—not just for the place, but for the people who make it memorable.

I had stay in moustache for 5 nights, trust me the place is exceptional. They maintained hygiene, food is delicious, and special thanks to host Ujjwal Pratap. He is friendly, and never thought i would find such good and close friend like ujjwal here. The blue city walk, fort tour, everything was just crazy experience for me. And ujjwal made it more crazy for all of us. I would really recommende this.

The place is not bad. They have a big and cozy communal space. A three floor restaurant with two of them an outdoor rooftop with nice view over Jodhpur. My private room was big, a bit old but it was good enough. Only thing I didn’t like is the scamming and selling their products during my two-night stay. When I checked in and wandered around I was greeted with much warmth, but the pushing to eat at their restaurant already began, but that’s part of the business I guess. Second day came and they called and texted me on my Whatsapp about a walking tour. I asked how many are joining, a vague ‘several are joining’ was their reply. Once back at the hostel I declined the tour and found out no one was joining. I asked the staff to book me bus tickets. They couldn’t do it. The only one who could do it asked me 100 rupees more for a 300 rupees ticket. Is this what they call customer service!? I declined this offer and of course the mood and warmth of the staff members disappeared right away. The restaurant manager who was very welcoming the first day completely ignored me after I had my dinner at their restaurant. There is a small walkway, less than a meter wide, where I had to pass him and he just looked away. There was no “thank you” or any other feedback for my visit to their restaurant. This is the second time I stayed at a Moustache hostel and the second time staff members taking the piss with customer service. I will remember to never use this unprofessional hostel chain ever again and hope if you read this, you will choose another hostel chain.

जैसा रूम साईट पर देख कर बुक किया था। रूम वैसा नहीं था अलग ही रूम दिया गया।इसलिए मैंने 2 दिन का स्टे था पर मैने वन डे में ही चेक आउट कर लिया।
