Rajputana Palace

I had a very bad experience at Rajputana Hotel. When I booked directly, the rates were not charged properly and there was a lack of transparency in billing.The room condition was extremely poor. It was unhygienic, with torn bed covers and unclean surroundings. The bathroom had leakages and was not properly cleaned. Basic amenities like a footmat were not provided, and there was no hot water available.Overall, the stay was highly uncomfortable and disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel.

The state of Hotel Rajputana Palace is shockingly bad, specifically regarding hygiene.The washroom was horrifying. As you can see from the photos I’ve uploaded, the walls were covered in grime and unidentifiable brown stains running down from the fixtures. It looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in years. It felt completely unsanitary to even step inside, let alone use the facilities.To make matters worse, the housekeeping is non-existent. When I pulled back the sheets, I found hair on the bed, which clearly indicates the linens were not changed after the previous guest.The rooms provided were allotted to us after rejecting another two of them. So you can guess condition of the hotel.I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It is a health hazard. Avoid at all costs.

Super poor hotel service. We waited for 1 hour to get warm water in cold winters.The hotel asked us to waste approx 100ltrs of water to get warm water still we were not able to get warm water.The manager is totally unbothered about the complains and say this is how it is done talk to the owners and they care a damn.Never ever book this Hotel.

If disappointment had a physical address, it would be Rajpura Palace, Jodhpur.They proudly call it a ’palace,’ but what you actually get is a museum of filth and neglect. The bed came pre-decorated with small hairs, because apparently clean sheets are optional here. The pillows, quilts, and blankets were stained, dirty, and clearly untouched by detergent for decades. Sleeping here felt less like a stay and more like a punishment.The room smelled horrible, while the corridors smelled permanently of cigarettes, as if smoking is part of the interior design. The kettle and glasses were filthy, which really adds excitement will it be tea or tetanus?The kitchen deserves special mention: absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Eating food from there feels like playing Russian roulette with your health. Honestly, it’s dangerous.Now for the luxury amenities:’ Frequent power cuts’ No hot water ’ enjoy your ice-cold shower like it’s some kind of survival training camp’ Careless staff walking into rooms with shoes on, because hygiene is clearly a foreign conceptCalling this place ’heritage’ is an insult to history. There is nothing royal here except the royal level of laziness and disregard for guests. Charging money for this experience is borderline criminal.Do not stay here. Do not eat here. The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were nice. The service was quick ’ if there was any issue, the staff responded and fixed it promptly. The breakfast area was clean, and overall, the stay was good value for money.
