One of my life's worst hotel experience and never expected this from brand chain like treebo. Wanted to give 1 star for everything but breakfast and bhai managing it was a nice person. Now listen treebo management of this so called guest house property. Your Unprofessional staff, lack of cleanliness, ac not working, tv remote not working and very very bad location-just next to main railway line of jodhpur-Hell lot of noise all through the day & night. Lets start with my late check-in at property around 8pm as already informed, the women/girl overall female, damn unprofessional - whole time busy with his phone and than requested her to give me a quite room but wait, I got it just next to railway line and now comes the real problems, Bed already used - some couples ping ponged in that bed before my arrival so there were lot of hair in the white linen & had to request for change of it & second problem Air Conditioner not working properly even on 16° as it really needed a service because water was dripping out all through 2 days I stayed & TV remote not working as battery were dead but who the hell cares as they thought guest would come and they will check each & every thing. Thirdly I had a very small request of late out which I already put in with treebo management and even with staff at property, but staff at property said 3 hours 500/-, 6 hours 1000/-. Humanity never existed as always & I wasn't worried about money to pay for that as I had 3 luggage for my abroad travel but their service was pathetic, I booked hosteller just next to property for 250 per bed for 1 whole day and my journey ended. Wow I appreciate your professionalism here treebo guys but what about other things in hospitality industry as I myself construct 5-star resort & hotel in east africa. Treebo hotels out of me, my family & my colleagues list for this life until & unless super emergency. Just check the pictures if you really want to improve.
